Sheds2You’s team of building experts will work with you to learn more about what you’re looking for and help you choose the perfect building for your needs. We’re available either online through chat, tet or email or over the phone. If you’d prefer, you can get the process started by requesting a catalog via our online form.
Proper preparation ahead of your delivery date is essential. We offer three different site preparation options, and we’re happy to help you determine which is the right choice for your property. Whichever you choose, you need to ensure that the site is level. The most common method is block site preparation, which involves our delivery specialist setting your new shed on concrete blocks. We’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Please keep in mind that the estimate can vary by three business days on either end. The delivery time for your building will vary depending on a number of factors, including your location, weather conditions, the time of year, and the type of building you are purchasing.
Yes! Your custom-built shed will arrive fully assembled. Our delivery specialists will ensure that the shed is stable and level before completing the delivery.
As a rule, one delivery specialist can handle your delivery, but that may vary depending on the size and style of your building. Our delivery specialists are equipped with customized trucks and a specialized tool called a mule, which has been designed specifically to easily transport your shed from their truck to your preferred site. The requirements for permits vary depending on your town and municipality. We recommend checking with your local code office to determine the specific permit requirements for your area.
At Sheds2You, we think that a great shed, barn, or cottage should be within reach for all owners. That’s why we offer a number of financing options that make it easier for you to purchase one of our buildings. We offer a 90-day same as cash option on all of our buildings, as well as a range of financing plans through GreenSky. Our team will be happy to help you determine the right solution for your budget.

While we occasionally have inventory available that varies by location and time of year, we specialize in building new custom sheds tailored to your needs. Yes, all our buildings come with a limited lifetime warranty, effective the day the building is delivered and set up. Learn more about our warranty.
Our cottages are not intended to be living spaces. Before delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable building codes. Additionally, the HVAC units we offer are intended for supplemental heating and air conditioning purposes only and should not be used as primary heating or cooling sources.
Delivery is free within most of North Carolina and Ohio, as well as parts of Virginia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, New York, Kentucky, West Virginia, and South Carolina. For more details about delivery costs, you can use our freight calculator.
