Eligibility:

The Sheds2You Free Shed Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of North Carolina or Virginia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The winner must also accept delivery at their legally owned residence in the states of North Carolina or Virginia. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sheds2You are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, February 12th, 2024 and ends on Monday, May 27th, 2024. All entries must be received by May 27th, 2024 to be eligible.

How to Enter:

Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by submitting their email address within the Sweepstakes form on https://sheds2you.com/free-shed-sweepstakes/. Limit one entry per person.

Prize:

The prize is one (1) Sheds2You shed of the winner’s choice, with a maximum retail value not exceeding $4,000. The winner can select any shed offered by Sheds2You within the specified monetary limit.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing held on Monday, June 3rd, 2024 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.

Notification:

The winner will be notified via email within 3 days after the drawing date. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Conditions:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sheds2You reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sheds2You the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Taxes:

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize. Consult a tax professional for guidance.

General Conditions:

Sheds2You reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of unforeseen circumstances. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.
